Free trial
Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial that needs a payment card. Nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then from your account (Manage billing) and there is no charge at all. The public tape stays free. Membership checkout is available only while plan buttons are shown on the private join page. If the buttons are not shown, no plan can be purchased or charged.

Paid access
A losing opinion is not by itself a billing error. Membership billing starts when the trial ends, after you choose a plan and accept the terms in Stripe Checkout. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the paid period ends. Leftover days are not normally prorated.

Billing mistakes
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, remedy or other right available under applicable consumer law. For a billing mistake or service issue, email [email protected].

Chargebacks
Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to account review. A legitimate request for a legal remedy is not automatically abuse.
