What AskJohnno keeps, why it needs it and what it does not do.

PrivacyAskJohnno / current policy
  1. 01

    What we keep

AskJohnno keeps as little as it needs to send you the calls and run your account.

  2. 02

    Data we may store

We may store: your chosen time zone; an optional country code to show kick-off times in your local time; Telegram or app identity if you talk to Johnno; membership and billing references from Stripe; support tickets you send; a referral code if you share one. A future bookmaker promotion may require an age and local-law acknowledgement before opening that promotion. We do not ask for or store your date of birth.

  3. 03

    Location signals

When you open the website, Cloudflare may provide a country-level request signal. AskJohnno uses it to show kick-off times in your local time. It is not used as a country block.

  4. 04

    Public page measurement

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how fast pages load. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser and does not collect personal identifiers. AskJohnno does not add your name, email, phone number or account ID to those measurements.

  5. 05

    What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not run a betting wallet. We do not take a stake.

  6. 06

    Feedback drafts

The native app keeps an unsent feedback draft temporarily as plaintext in app-private local storage so a long message can survive an app restart or account relink. The message is not protected by the device SecureStore, and device-level access or backup handling may expose it. The app removes both local draft slots after a confirmed submission or when the draft is cleared. Do not include passwords, payment card details or bookmaker account logins in feedback.

  7. 07

    Service logs

Service logs are for uptime, abuse and billing disputes, not a punter profile.

  8. 08

    Account and privacy requests

For account access, correction, privacy questions or closure, email [email protected]. The in-product feedback box is one-way product intake and is not the place for a request that needs a reply. Stripe keeps whatever it must keep for the payment.
