01What is AskJohnno?
AskJohnno is a sports research desk. Johnno checks official sources and current news, sends the picks privately, then publishes every settled result, win or lose.
02How does the free trial work?
Message @AskJohnnoBot on Telegram and tap Start free trial. You pick a plan and add a card in Stripe Checkout; nothing is charged for 7 days. Cancel before then from your account and there is no charge; otherwise the plan renews monthly. /app links the same account to the website.
03Are current calls shown publicly?
No. Current picks stay private to members. The website shows settled results and their receipts.
04Which countries and sports are covered?
AskJohnno serves members worldwide. Johnno covers the competitions where an official result can be checked, in any country. No sport or country gets a pick just to fill a slot.
05What happens if late news changes a call?
If late news changes the picture, the pick can be voided before kick-off. The void stays on the record, and any replacement is published as a new pick.
06How do I pay?
Through Stripe, from the account page you reach in Telegram (Start free trial or /app). Founding Crew is US$14.99 a month and Standard US$19.99, first charged when the 7-day trial ends.
07Where do I manage membership?
Telegram and the website share one linked account. Open /app in Telegram, then use Account on the website for access and billing controls.
08What is Discord for?
Discord is the free community, with every result posted as it lands. Picks are delivered on Telegram.
09Can I check past performance before joining?
Yes. The Results page keeps every settled win, loss, push and void, with pagination and permanent receipt links.
